Shipping
There is only one (1) charge for shipping no matter how many gemstones you purchase as long as they go out in one order and to one address. If you have any questions regarding our shipping, please contact us at 404.429.9246 or fill out our CONTACT FORM.
All items shipped within the USA are shipped USPS First Class Insured Requiring a Signature, this is for your protection. When your order arrives, it will require a signature of an adult of age 18 years. The buyer is responsible for any import customs duties and taxes in his or her country. We do not have any control over these duties and taxes. All items usually ship within 48 hours of payment being cleared.

Our Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the item within seven (7) days of the delivery date.
Item must be in original condition. A full refund of the purchase price will be given. Sorry, no refund for the shipping, handling and insurance charge. All returns must be shipped Insured Requiring Signature, this is for your protection. Once received, an inspection of the gemstone will be made and providing there is no damage and it is in its original condition, a full refund less shipping, handling and insurance will be processed.
Damaged gemstones will not be accepted for a refund. No COD returns.
Restocking Fee
We Do Not charge a restocking fee.

No Financial or Personal information will be shared or sold to anyone. Testimonials will only be printed if customer approves in writing.
Product ID Numbers
Product ID Numbers that end in the letter (L) signifies that it is a Lab created gemstone that has all the same properties as a natural mined gemstone. Product ID Numbers that end in the letter (N) are Natural or mined gemstones and Product ID Numbers that end in the letter (R) are Raw gemstones taken right from the ground without any cutting, polishing or treatment of any kind. These gemstones are very hard to find for the consumer as most raw gemstones are not sold in the raw form to consumers. They are quite beautiful when made into a pendent.

The top price is our price, (the price that you will pay). The price listed under our price is the current world market price. All prices listed are in USD.
